We are more than just a gaming platform. rk66 is the result of a long-standing commitment to delivering a safe, fair, and enjoyable online entertainment experience to users across Malaysia.
Rk66 was established with a clear vision – to provide an online gaming platform that genuinely understands the needs and preferences of Malaysian users. Not merely adapting an international platform built for other markets, but truly designing from the ground up with local users in mind.
From a naturally localised Bahasa Melayu interface to the integration of local payment methods such as DuitNow, FPX, and Malaysians' favourite e-wallets – every aspect of the rk66 platform reflects a deep understanding of how Malaysians interact with technology and entertainment.
We understand that trust cannot be bought or promoted into existence. It must be earned through consistent action – timely payouts, fair gameplay, serious data security, and customer support that genuinely helps. That is the foundation underpinning everything we do at rk66.
To become the most trusted and most loved online gaming platform in Malaysia by prioritising security, fairness, and user satisfaction in every decision we make.
To deliver a responsible, safe, and enjoyable digital entertainment experience through the latest technology and genuine customer service for every rk66 user.
Rk66 was founded by a small, passionate team with a single goal – to build a gaming platform truly made for Malaysian users. The first version of the platform launched with a core collection of casino and slot games.
Sports Betting was introduced, followed by the integration of Live Casino. The games library grew to over 500 titles from world-class providers, and local payment methods were added progressively.
Rk66 reached the milestone of 100,000 registered members. The 24/7 customer support system was strengthened with additional staff and a more responsive live ticketing system.
Full platform relaunch with a completely redesigned interface. SSL encryption upgraded to TLS 1.3. New KYC system introduced for enhanced user protection.
The game collection has grown beyond 2,000 titles. Integration with new providers such as PG Soft, Jili Games, and Fachai expands the choices available to users. Progressive jackpots introduced.
Rk66 continues to grow with an active community of over 500,000 members. Ongoing improvements to platform speed, promotions and an exclusive VIP programme for loyal users.
From security to game variety – these are the core features that make rk66 the top choice for Malaysian users.
256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication (2FA), real-time fraud monitoring and segregated user funds – rk66 applies financial-institution-grade security standards to protect every cent you hold in your account.
Over 2,000 titles from 20+ premium international providers – modern video slots, Live Casino with real dealers, sports betting across 30+ leagues, esports betting, and much more. All under a single account.
Deposits and withdrawals via FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost – methods Malaysians use every day. No hidden fees, no unfamiliar or confusing channels.
The rk66 platform is accessible directly through your phone's browser – Android or iPhone – with no APK or additional app download required. The responsive interface automatically adapts to your screen size.
The rk66 support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays. Withdrawal issues, technical queries, or general questions – we are here for you whenever you need us.
Welcome bonus, daily reload bonus, weekly cashback, free spins on selected slots, and a VIP programme with exclusive perks – rk66 promotions are designed to deliver real value to users, not just impressive numbers on paper.
Behind every platform feature, every promotion launched, and every policy we set, there is a set of core values we have never compromised since the first day rk66 was established.
What we promise, we deliver. No hidden conditions designed to avoid honouring our commitments. If an error or issue arises, we own it and resolve it promptly.
Every product decision at rk66 is evaluated from the user's perspective – does this simplify their experience? Does this protect their interests? If not, it does not go live.
Current user satisfaction is no reason to stop improving. The rk66 team constantly seeks ways to boost platform speed, add new games, and strengthen security systems.
Rk66 believes that entertainment should always remain entertainment. We provide responsible gaming control tools and clear information so users can play within limits that are comfortable for them.
The quality of games at rk66 is no accident. It is the result of partnerships with game providers that have proven themselves in the global industry and hold internationally recognised certifications.
All games on rk66 use RNG algorithms that have been independently audited by certification bodies such as iTech Labs and GLI (Gaming Laboratories International). This ensures that every slot spin, every card dealt and every game outcome is truly random and cannot be manipulated by any party.
The funds you hold in your rk66 account are kept in a dedicated account fully segregated from the company's operational assets. This means your funds are never used for any operational purpose and are always available for withdrawal whenever you need them.
When someone chooses to register and place their trust in a gaming platform, that is not a decision taken lightly. They share personal data, deposit their money, and invest their leisure time with that platform. At rk66, we never lose sight of how significant that responsibility is.
That is why we invest seriously in security infrastructure that goes beyond minimum requirements. 256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, real-time suspicious activity monitoring, and a strict KYC policy are not merely technical features – they are the physical manifestation of our commitment to protecting every user.
Rk66 believes that digital entertainment should remain enjoyable, not a source of stress. We recognise that a small number of users may face challenges managing their gaming habits, and we take this responsibility seriously.
The rk66 platform provides self-control tools accessible to any user at any time – daily deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits and the option to temporarily suspend your account if needed. These are not features we hide; they are clearly displayed and easy to find because we genuinely prioritise our users' well-being.
Further information about rk66's responsible gaming programme, including support resources and guides for playing wisely, is available on the Responsible Gaming us.
One thing that often sets a good platform apart from a great one is the quality of its customer support. rk66 invests seriously in a well-trained, Malay-speaking support team that genuinely understands the issues faced by Malaysian users.
Our support team does not simply read from a script – they know the platform inside and out, can resolve technical issues on the spot, and are empowered to handle most matters without escalation. Our goal is to resolve every query in the shortest time possible.
Rk66 is never complacent about current achievements. In the period ahead, we are planning expansions that include a more personalised gaming experience powered by AI, a more rewarding loyalty programme for long-standing users, the addition of new payment methods and an expanded games library featuring exclusive titles unavailable anywhere else.
We are also committed to continuously improving platform speed and stability – because we know that users' time is valuable and every moment of downtime or lag is a failure on our part.
Rk66's growth from a small platform with big ambitions to a community of over 500,000 members did not happen overnight. It is the result of the trust placed by every user who registered, played and continued to believe in us. That trust is a responsibility we carry with the utmost respect, every single day.
Over 500,000 Malaysian users have trusted rk66 as their gaming platform of choice. Now it is your turn to experience the difference.
For individuals aged 18 and above only. Play responsibly.
